Description
A Classic Yacht Reborn with Heritage and Elegance
Originally built in 1962 by Richard Ironworks and designed by the renowned Laurent Giles, LA FENICE is a rare piece of nautical history transformed into a modern charter vessel. After decades of service—including a stint with the French Navy and a chapter under famed photographer Peter Lindbergh—LA FENICE has been meticulously refitted between 2021 and 2023, combining timeless design with updated luxury.
Refined Interiors by Christian Liaigre
The interior, shaped by Christian Liaigre from 2005 to 2016, balances modern sophistication with traditional charm. Leather accents, dark wood flooring, and a warm neutral palette bring depth and elegance to the open-plan layout. The TV lounge, formal salon, and various guest areas all blend seamlessly, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere onboard.
LA FENICE accommodates up to 9 guests in 4 ensuite cabins: three doubles and one twin with a Pullman, all located on the lower deck. Rich wood finishes and a clean aesthetic define each cabin, offering refined comfort for a discerning clientele.
Spacious Outdoor Living for Charters and Events
LA FENICE offers ample deck space for entertaining or relaxing. From the lounge and bar on the main deck aft to the al fresco areas on the bridge deck, the yacht delivers a versatile setting for socialising or simply soaking up the sun. Thanks to her generous layout and official capacity of 35 guests for static charters in port, she is also ideal for onboard events.
Whether you’re sailing through the Ebro Delta or enjoying a prime berth in Barcelona during the America’s Cup, LA FENICE promises memorable experiences in historic style.
Rich Charter History and Exciting Toys
Stationed in San Carlos La Ràpita and heading to Barcelona for the 2024 America’s Cup, LA FENICE is ready to host guests for day trips, week-long charters, or prestigious on-board receptions. She also features an excellent array of water toys including a chase boat, high-performance tenders, and a variety of inflatables for fun on the water.
