Use of illegal substances or unsafe behavior on board will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
Life jackets and safety equipment must be used as directed.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence or displaying aggressive behavior.

5. Liability and Insurance

Nauty Yachty is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the rental period.
All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance can be purchased upon request.
It is the renter's responsibility to ensure they meet all eligibility requirements (e.g., age, license, etc.).

6. Damage and Responsibility

Renters are financially responsible for any damage to the yacht, equipment, or onboard items caused by negligence or misuse.
A security deposit may be held or pre-authorized on your credit card to cover potential damages.

7. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse our website or its content for any unlawful purpose.
All content, images, and branding are the property of Nauty Yachty and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law
